Wine tasting – island Hvar – For all present and future wine aficionados we offer two excellent programs. Discover secrets hidden in Hvar vineyards and why their wines are world famous. Enjoy local food delicacies surrounded by beautiful nature. For those of you who will spend a full day with us, you will have an opportunity to enjoy an authentic island picnic in the picturesque village of Vrisnik.

The Cooking Class – Lunch is the most important meal in Dalmatia. This program is an ideal opportunity to try to cook a few simple Dalmatian dishes and become a Dalmatian who doesn’t skip his lunch at 12 noon. Of course, our experienced cooks will help you. We invite you to a party and lunch.

Wine Tour – The Krolo Family estate  – Set aside an afternoon for a culinary and wine experience, you will not be disappointed. We are taking you to the Krolo estate in Trilj. You will learn a bit about wine making, taste excellent Zinfandel, walk around their vineyards, play an old traditional game “balote” (an old dialect word for heavy handballs), enjoy a ride in an old army jeep on backroads and taste Dalmatian “pašticada” made by the winemaker’s wife. Join us, we are waiting for you!

Wine and Olive oil tasting – Brighten your day with a trip to Putalj winery in Kaštel Sućurac. Try lively and fresh Zinfandel and two different blends of olive oil. Our host Anton Kovač will take us on a journey to an enchanting history about these two Dalmatian treasures and how they are produced. After that, enjoy wine and oil tasting with traditionally made Dalmatian cheese.

Sail, wine and dine on Brac Island – Discover the culinary secrets of the island of Brač. This package is for true hedonists who enjoy sailing, secluded coves and divine food and wine. On this trip you will learn about Brač wines during a visit to the award-winning Senjović winery. There will of course be a home-made rustic Dalmatian lunch – special lunch, unique to the island of Brač.
