Join us for an unforgettable week on the beautiful island Hvar and train with one of the top Ironman triathletes, Dejan Patrčević. With accomodation in luxury villa „Apolon“ and a private chef, it will be a week to remember.

Swim in the waters of Stari Grad Bay, home to the legendary annual Faros Marathon, a 16km race which attracts Olympic gold medallists and is regarded as one of the world’s toughest swims. Bike through vineyards, olive groves and fields of lavender through Croatia’s premier island, known for its fabulous climate, as well as being officially the sunniest island in all europe. Then run through 2,400 years history through the UNESCO-protected Stari Grad Plain, a fully functioning agricultural colony still functioning today much as it did with the Greeks and the Romans some 2,000 years ago.

Analyse your swimming technique, work on and improve your weakest points an all three sports. Drawing on his many years of experience as a top athlete and coach, Dejan will share his knowledge with you and give a peek into some of the secrets of professional sport.

The camp is limited to a small number of participants in order to give everyone a chance for unlimited access Dejan and his team.

CAMP ITINERARY  

DAY 1

Saturday, May 9th

Welcome to Hvar! * swim and analysis * easy run

  • arrival in the morning, welcome buffet and introduction
  • first swim with camera filming, for the clinets who chose swimming as their weak link
  • easy first run with Dejan
  • official camp start with dinner prepared by our private chef Duje
  • camp itinerary overview and welcome

DAY 2

Sunday, May 10th

Swim + bike to Hvar and back * run through Ager

  • group breakfast at „Apolon“
  • morning swim in Stari Grad bay and bike thought pitoresque surroundings to Hvar and back
  • lunch prepared by chef Duje
  • afternoon run through Ager, filming of the run for clients who chose running as their weakest link
  • group tour ( with transfer ) to one of the chosen interesting locations for a special dinner with local specialities ( optional )

DAY 3

Monday, May 11th

Swim + bike to Sv. Nedjelja and back * free afternoon / analysis with Dejan

  • group breakfast at „Apolon“
  • morning swim at Stari Grad bay and bike to Sv. Nedjelja and back, filming of the ride for clients who chose bike as their weakest link
  • lunch prepared by our private chef Duje
  • afternoon video analysis with Dejan / massage ( optional )
  • group tour ( with transfer ) to one of the chosen interesting locations for a special dinner with local specialities ( optional )

DAY 4

Tuesday, May 12th

Swim in beautiful Vrboska + run through Ager * strenght and stretching

  • group breakfast at „Apolon“
  • morning swim in Vrboska and run through Ager
  • lunch prepared by our chef Duje
  • free afternoon / strenght and stretching with Dejan / massage

DAY 5

Wednesday, May 13th

Long bike and run * massage / easy swim

  • group breakfast at „Apolon“
  • morning long bike along the island and run
  • lunch prepared by our chef Duje
  • afternoon massage or easy swim in Stari Grad bay
  • group tour ( with transfer ) to one of the chosen ineteresting locations for a special dinner with local specialities ( optional )

DAY 6

Thursday, May 14th

Swim in Vrboska + run * bike

  • group breakfast at „Apolon“
  • morning swim in Vrboska and run through Ager
  • lunch prepared in „Apolon“ by our chef Duje
  • afternoon easy bike ( optional
  • group tour ( with transfer ) to one of the chosen ineteresting locations for a special dinner with local specialities ( optional )

DAY 7

Friday, May 15th

Interval run * Ironman specific swim

  • group breakfast at „Apolon“
  • morning 40-60min interval run
  • lunch prepared in „Apolon“ by our chef Duje
  • afternoon Ironman specific swim
  • camp closing gala dinner party on the beautiful „Apolon“ terrace

DAY 8

Saturday, May 16th

Long run * departure

  • group breakfast at „Apolon“
  • morning last long run through Ager
  • packing the bikes with the help from our mechanic
  • goodbye and see you next time!
