Nine day Triathlon Camp

Train for a week and then race!

Fully coached and supported triathlon training camps

All year-round, triathlon camp based in Split!

Build strength, endurance and have fun while practicing open water swimming in the beautiful Adriatic and biking and running through gorgeous Dalmatian nature!

Our 9 day program includes 7 days of triathlon training followed by triathlon race.

The camp is for individuals or groups ranging from 2 to 12 triathletes.

In addition to our set program, we can create a custom experience according to your request, skill level and budget.


Here’s the highlights of our exciting week together:

Day l Saturday- arrival in Split and Welcome Run

  • Transfer from the airport to the hotel.
  • Afternoon 4 km welcome run in the Marjan Hill forest park
  • Welcome evening drink where you will have oportunity to meet your coach and discuss forecoming traing days.
  • Overnight in hotel


Day 2 SUNDAY – Bike fitting and run

  • After breakfast, meeting with your coach at the hotel. This morning we will do  20k cycling training
  • Lunch break and time to rest
  • In the afternoon 8 km  run
  • Overnight in the hotel


Day 3  MONDAY – working on technique

  • Today we will work on improving swimming and running techniques.
  • Morning swim session with an afternoon run.
  • Swimming will be organized in a 50 m pool. The running session will be on an athletic cinder track.
  • Overnight in the hotel


Day 4 TUESDAY – cycling and swimming

  • After the berakfast we will cycle from Split to smal town of Omis and back (40 km). Omis is a small seaside town perched at the mouth of the Cetina River where it enters the sea and surrounded by massive gorges. In the past Omis was notorious as a pirates lair whose legendary courage and skill actually forced the Venetian empire to pay them tribute to stop harassing their merchant ships.
  • Lunch break
  • In the afternoon open water swimming
  • Overnight in the hotel.


Day 5 WEDNESDAY – Cycling trip to Hvar island

  • Today we will get on the ferry from Split to Hvar island and spend our day cycling along one of the most beautiful islands in Croatia (60 km).
  • In 2009, Hvar received the Readers Choice Award as one of the Top 10 Islands in Europe by Conde Nast Traveler .
  • In the late afternoon we will return on a ferry back to Split.
  • Overnight in hotel in Split


Day 6 THURSDAY – technique and endurance training

  • Today we will focus more on developing more swimming and running skills
  • Morning swim session and an afternoon running session
  • Swimming will be organized in a 50 m pool.  While running will be on an athletic cinder track.
  • Overnight in the hotel


Day 7 FRIDAY Brick training + openwater swimming

  • Brick training in the morning–usually a bike/run combo. This focus here is to simulate the bike to run transition.
  •  In the afternoon we will have another open water swimming session.
  • Overnight in the hotel.


Day 8 SATURDAY – Race day!

  • After a week of training camp, it is time to join a triatholon race.
  • After the race a farewell lunch/dinner will be organized where we can all share our experiences
  • Overnight at the hotel


Day 9 SUNDAY– departure

  • This morning we will check out from our hotel
  • Depending on your flight arrangements, we will organize shuttles to the Split airport from your hotel.
