Sail, wine and dine on Brac Island

Discover the culinary secrets of the nearby island of Brač.  On our sail there, we’ll stop for a refreshing dip in beautiful bay before approaching the island’s hinterland where you will visit the Senjkovic family winery.  Sip on a crispy white before meandering through the cellar. Enjoy a rustic Dalmatian tasting lunch in an enchanting barn-house paired with prize-winning wines, each with their own romantic tale to tell.

On the menu is the winery’s homemade selection of olive oils, tapenades, breads, jams and local cheeses, followed by a traditional feast of cuttlefish risotto, pates, peka (meat prepared under a bell covered in coal), vitalac (a rare and ancient dish indigenous to Brač made of lamb’s innards on a spit, wrapped in caul and grilled), and a sweet temptation to end off this hedonist’s delight.
